For the past seven years, I have worked on Indo-Pacific tech and geoeconomic affairs across various roles at the National Bureau of Asian Research. Issues that we are currently examining include trends in regional grand strategy in an era of geopolitical uncertainty, tech and AI regulation and its impacts on innovation, and economic security and tools of economic statecraft.

You can find all of my authored and edited NBR publications here. Outside of NBR, I have also published on U.S.-Taiwan cooperation for non-Red tech supply chains and U.S.-Japan counter-FIMI cooperation; and spoken on U.S. tech strategy in Asia.
